The people there are great. The process of informing me via internet is not working. At my last visit, I didn't get the notification from the computer that my truck was ready until I was driving home. It is confusing and you should just use human beings to contact the customers. Other than that, the staff here is top notch!

I really don't like the computer-generated status on my vehicle. It never updated and I was still in the shop when I left. Very confusing. I like the good old human customer service. Other than that the staff here is the best, that's why I keep coming back.
