EVART, MI | 2023 Chevrolet BlazerOctober 15, 2025I am a widow so have been getting service there since I bought my Blazer there. The last couple oil changes they have said I needed new windshield wipers, I told them when I thought I needed them, I would get thru my sons' account at part store. This oil change they told me they were completely not working. Little did they know that 7 days before Safelite replaced them when they replaced cracked windshield. So now I wonder how many other things I am being sold that I don't really need. I trusted this dealership, I bragged up this service dept. REED CITY, MI | 2018 Chevrolet 2500HD SilveradoAugust 18, 2025I got a call a day before alerting me to the parking lot revamp. When I arrived for service, it was a little chaotic with the road crew beginning to work. Some signage would have helped. I had a 9am appointment to check the front tire pressure sensor and inspect the brakes. It was almost 2 hours to get the diagnosis of installing a new sensor. You have a fancy new system of e-alerts similar to my pizza shop. The alert system is only good if your not stuck on step one for 2 hours. The store looks great, my sales guy did the obligatory fly by, its all good.Response from CLASSIC CHEVROLET

After putting new brakes and rotors on the backend, then checking and seeing I needed front calipers. I was put into a 2026 Chevy Silverado loaner while they ordered the parts and did the work.
