    I had an AMAZING experience at Classic Chevrolet on the delivery of my New 2022' Chevy Blazer! They treat everyone as if you are family. I received a great deal, a fair trade and it was a very quick & easy process! Their Detail & Reconditioning Center is "State of the Art" in car care! They applied Ceramic Protection to my vehicle before delivery and all I can say is "WOW"!!! My Salesman "Dale" was very thorough on going over all of the bells & whistles on my vehicle and getting my On-Star call done! I have bought from Classic & Serviced my vehicles there for many years & they are "TOP NOTCH" I would Highly recommend anyone looking for a Locally Owned, Trustworthy, Transparent, all around "Phenomenal" Dealership, to go to Classic Chevrolet!!! Their slogan is so true, "Prices you'll Love, People you can Trust"

    The Team at Classic take care of us very well. We have a local dealership, however we prefer to drive 50 miles to Classic because we receive excellent sales and service from Classic Chevrolet. Any time we call, someone is available to talk with us, we are able to get service appointments, and loaner cars if required. We are glad we made the choice to start purchasing and leasing with Classic.

    I have always serviced my vehicle from the day I bought it at Classic. I was very satisfied in the beginning. Now it's about subpart the service I get. Dan is beyond fabulous and truly does deserve the position he's in. But if Dan's not there I will literally leave so I don't have to deal with Molly. She is rude, unkind, and has no customer service skills. I believe it was my second or third service experience i asked her what type of fluid leak I had. She had no idea so she asked the tech then came out and told me what the tech said. I asked for a quote and for her to call me with it. That never happened. I've gone in after that and asked for help or something about a service and she just gets snotty. I will no longer deal with her. I dealt with her at the end of my service the other day because Dan was out and all I simply needed was my inspection paper from my oil change. She proceeded to tell me that it was in my car after I had already checked. Normally the inspection paper is on my passenger seat. I told her it wasn't so we went to the cashier to get it. My original inspection paper was not attached and she told me it was stapled to my receipt, I told her it was not. I had my service paper and a paper receipt from the credit card machine. She finally gave me the pink copy while rolling her eyes. Her face does not hide how she is feeling. I've worked in customer service. And I know dealing with customers is never easy but I am not rude and try my best to be courteous to their job. Also whoever is doing the inspections just runs through them. I had a clean inspection. After I've already been told my shocks absolutely need to be replaced. But according to the inspection my shocks are in great condition! I pay for a service and I've put my faith in this dealership to take care of me and my vehicle to make sure it's safe for my family. I shouldn't have to worry if something is going to go wrong because someone doesn't want to do an inspection the right way.
