My work schedule kept changing which made it difficult to keep an appointment with Classic to have them look at my air conditioner. Mollie in the Service Department offered a rental vehicle while rescheduling my appointment. The day before the rescheduled appointment my work schedule changed again and Mollie made sure I had the rental available 5 hours prior to my appointment which was fabulous!! Scott McDowell was absolutely fantastic, he listened to everything I had in mind then started pulling them up for me to test drive. Even took me around looking at options that had just come in. He was completely understanding that I had my 2 small children with me and that they had gotten antsy, even at times messing with items on his desk.. He was very welcoming and forward, at closing time he made sure I completely understood everything that I was signing for as I am a first time dealership buyer. I will definitely highly recommend him to everyone He even help my parents purchase a 2018 Chevy Silverado the day before.

I came to the dealership on a recommendation from someone who had a long standing purchase history with Classic Chevrolet. This dealership is not local to me, but driving the distance was worth it. Alex, the salesman I worked with, was accommodating to the distance. He utilized multiple methods of contact (phone, email, text) to ensure he was able to stay in front of everything to keep the process moving. I know I was not the only person he was working with, but it sure felt like it. He was always available and very timely in his response. He was very transparent about all of the different ways I could save money with the purchase of my new vehicle, which was impressive and welcomed (rebates, loyalty program, etc.). The dealership did not initially have the vehicle with the specific features I desired in stock. In less than 24 hours, a vehicle was located and a transfer was underway. I traded in a vehicle and the trade in value was competitive and higher than other dealerships I had previously reached out to. From start to finish, this experience has been nothing but outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. It is worth the drive, and the experience is "about you as a buyer", not "what they can sell you".

I was greeted when I walked in the door and checked my vehicle in. They went over what I was there for which was an oil change and to check my tires as the light came on saying a tire was low but when I checked it had enough air in it. They relearned the tires and set them at 35 and all was good. The waiting area was nice and clean. Everyone had masks on as required.

I was very impressed with Dan and his crew as they diagnosed what was wrong with the brakes on my Cadillac. They gave me my estimate but also took the time to figure out what was the best way to go as I had a couple of coupons versus my points. Dan was able to give me the best deal available. Due to not having the parts available at that moment I was provided with a free loaner vehicle until mine was fixed. When I came in to pick up my vehicle Dan told him he was able to get me a lower price on some parts so I had a lower price to pay. I was very happy with the work and professionalism of the whole team. I would gladly recommend Classic Chevrolet of Lake City to anyone who needs service to their vehicle. We were extremely impressed with the service department during our recent service. The young lady who assisted us (sorry, don't have her name) was extremely courteous and explained the steps to us clearly. She apologized for the delay (which was not a delay as we were 30 minutes early for our appointment). The waiting area was comfortable and the experience was very very good.

Always a great and clean environment to walk in to. They are always asking if there is something they can help you with if you are waiting for something. For instance, I was waiting for my car to be fixed and a lady in a pink jacket asked if I wanted to change the channel on the TV, I could. Dan Golubski and Mollie Mosher went above and beyond to help me out with my car. I even got a loaner vehicle for the week my vehicle was being fixed. Then when I came to pick up my car, Mollie was nice enough to watch my infant for a few minutes while I switched everything over from the loaner back to the car (diaper bag, car seat base and some personal belongings). When I came back in, she had the baby just a smiling! Wonderful staff, great service and will always buy any future vehicles from Richard Pintrick and seek out Mollie Mosher or Dan Golubski for service!

Being a woman, I usually find my treatment differs greatly compared to my husbands. But I like going to see Dale Eising. He treats me with respect and doesn't treat me like I'm not important. This dealership is outstanding in all ways. Their service people are outstanding!!! All of them. There's a young man named Ezra that went out of his way when I ordered a backseat cover for my new Silverado! He spent almost an hour putting it on for me and didn't charge me for that!!! That's so special to me. I'm 61 years old and have rheumatoid arthritis. It would have taken me forever to do that !! That's why I appreciate this dealership.

I would like to share our recent experience with Rich Pinprick and the maintenance staff. This is our first time purchasing a vehicle from Classic Chevrolet in Lake City - Rich was our salesperson and allowed us to shop without pressure. Rich was very helpful in showing us many of the multiple features on the new vehicle - without his help then and after our purchase we may still be searching how to turn things on or off!! After the sale Rich keeps in touch and is available when we have any questions. One of our most pleasant experiences in purchasing a new vehicle over the past 47 years.... The maintenance staff have been exceptional in listening to any concerns and have addressed everything to our satisfaction. They also leave nice sweet treats in your vehicle when you pick it back up. I had an appointment for an oil change on my lease. I arrived and was quickly checked in and directed to the waiting area. The oil change was taken care of in a timely manner, with a list of other items checked and their ratings. I was then on my way in 45-60 minutes total. This oil change was part of the lease package so there was no charge to me. Great service!

I decided I was ready to trade it in on a new truck, after looking far & wide for about a year for EXACTLY what I wanted back where I started, at Classic. I found what I was looking for, and within (actually less than) 24 hours I was the proud new owner of a beautiful Chevy Silverado.
